I just wanted to say that the coaching session was really lovely
I found it very engaging and insightful. The discussions helped me understand the Guide to Leadership and Management much more clearly, especially how each section applies in practice.
I now feel more confident about implementing what we covered, and the examples shared during the session made the guidance much easier to connect with. Thank you for such a positive and informative session.

What a refreshing training session! It was so well-informed by Charlie's expertise and real-life knowledge, which was shared generously, and made very pertinent to our sector. The Q&A was useful. I've been to other training in this topic (or elements of it) which consisted of minimal information and then being sent to breakout rooms with other people to share knowledge we didn't have! Charlie's delivery, style, content and materials kept me engaged throughout. I felt 'This is someone who speaks my language'. Very helpful that Charlie comes from a supported accommodation background.
She was very well prepared with her materials and delivered effectively in an easy to follow manner.

The structure was very clear and logical. It was effective in demystifying the regulations and standards and dealing with them in bitesize chunks. It also gave practical guidance for taking away and acting on. The breaks were a good length and came at the right times.

Our consultant is Charlie Daines. She has been very professional and responsive when needed. She is very knowledgeable and has been an important part of our preparation to register with Ofsted as a supported Accommodation provider. We have been supported with a review and revision of our key policies, full service assessment and had mock interviews ahead of Ofsted interviews.
Charlie has supported us in person, virtually, over the phone and via emails consistently.

Charlie has helped us to achieve Ofsted registration for our Supported Accommodation service, and is also helping with recruitment and set up of our Children's Home. Charlie helped put together everything from the business plan, policies, supported our recruitment, and provided training around children's home regulations and fit person interview preparation. Through the long process Charlie remains constant, working with us rather than for us.
