Inspire Futures design the training from scratch, specifically for your organisation. It can contain all job role aspects or a selection of what you think is a priority. The training can be delivered as part of new manager induction, for those under capability plans or as a refresher to existing managers, to improve practice and renew motivation.
Managers have a difficult role in the health and social care industry, balancing staff needs and being on the front line, with organisational goals. They are central to the growth and longevity of a business and can make a huge difference on staff retention and how staff feel in the workplace. This training is designed to remind them of internal processes, improve their work towards quality outcomes and revitalise their outlook. Happy, organised and well developed managers, lead to happy, organised and well developed staff, all having a positive impact on those you support.
